WE frequently have copies of the SIGNS sent to this Office marked "Refused," which were not sent out by us. The names to which they were sent were never on our lists. To them we may seem uncourteous because we do not stop their paper, but the matter is not under our control.
A mailing machine is used in this Office; those papers directed with a pen are sent by private parties. But some who receive them understand the case. We are pleased to publish the following, just received:—
"Some person sends me your valuable paper. Will you kindly ask them through your columns to send their address to P. O. box 1079, Toronto, Ontario? and oblige, yours truly, ARTHUR M. WADE."
