WHAT should a man be? Why, honest and pure, Just like a woman Or girl, to be sure.

But most people say A woman should be A model of grace And sweet purity.

And I say the same; And if you're a man, I think you'd do well To follow that plan.

For how can you ask That a woman be true, Unless she can find The same thing in you?
