California Cement Contract Saves Money

The state of California has recently placed a contract with an independent manufacturer for 1,500,000 barrels of cement. This contract is believed to be a great victory over the cement combine that has been holding this valuable material in its grip on this coast. The contract placed with this independent firm saves the state $400,000.
