San Francisco.

LAST Sabbath there was more than an usually good turn out in the city, not only of our own people, but strangers were present. Our meeting was a good one. San Francisco is truly, as has been said, a missionary field, and we deeply regret that the Conference is not able to do more missionary work in the city at this time. Scarcely anything is being done at present when so much needs to be done. With its moving population we fear the church will not hold its own unless some provision is made for labor there.
