EXPOSITION NOTES

Each nation's exhibit will be an exposition in itself. $1,000,000 worth of United States government exhibits will be shown. Our entire army and navy combined could be housed in Machinery Hall, the largest building in the world. Five acres of floral exhibits; every day a flower day. Glorious with blossoms by day; iridescent with lights by night. The great dome of the Palace of Horticulture, by means of powerful lights, will be made to glow like a gigantic opal. $14,000 an acre was the cost of the landscape gardening. A fully equipped cannery will be in operation.
