P. S. The Review, No. 7, has just come to hand, and I see you have made a mistake and published a continuation of third division of the subject, first. You should have commenced with No. III on the first page, instead of the second column of page 50, bottom; and then commence the first part where this terminates, page 51, and all would be harmonious.
