A Sabbath Keeper’s Appeal
By Zebina Marsh
BRO. SMITH:—I would like to say a few words to the dear brethren scattered abroad in these times of trial. In this place there are only myself and daughter who are professing to keep the Sabbath of the fourth commandment, but we do not feel discouraged about it; for the work is the Lord's and he will help. We are poor in this world's goods, but I bless the Lord I am looking for riches in the world to come. "No foot of land do I possess,
No cottage in this wilderness;"
but I trust that by keeping the Commandments of God and having the Faith of Jesus, that I shall soon have an inheritance on the restored earth where moth cannot corrupt, nor thieves break through and steal. Should any of the preaching brethren come this way, will they call and give us one or two lectures. Some I am persuaded would come out to hear, and perhaps some might embrace the truth, and so be numbered with the 144000 who shall be redeemed from the earth. Your brother in the blessed hope.
ZEBINA MARSH.
