Good Courage Amid Kansas Drought

IN a letter to the Mission Board office, Elder E. T. Russell sends a good word from Kansas: "We have had excellent meetings in the Central Union, and even though the country has been visited by severe drought the brethren are of good courage, and their offerings are good. West Kansas has experienced the most severe drought of any part of our territory, but at their camp-meeting $800 was raised for missions. Although everything is still sere, being burned by the sun, and at the present no respite in sight, yet the brethren are of good courage in the Lord."
