A Lone Bird in the Wilderness

Bro. H. Snyder writes from Louisville, Ky., Oct. 4th, 1856: "I wish I could be for a while among the brethren and in their communion. I feel like a lone bird in the wilderness, but it would be impossible for me, as I am situated, to go to any place where there is a congregation of brethren. However, the Review is a dear sheet to myself and companion. May the Lord prosper it, and let its light shine in the dark places of the land. If any of the brethren should come to Louisville, my house will always be open for them."
