Self-Loathing

SELF-LOATHING is a characteristic of a spiritual mind. The axe is laid at the root of a vain-glorious spirit. O what a blessed thing it is to lose one's will. O that every christian would seek to have their will wholly swallowed up in the will of God, and to know no other will but his. The Lord help us to get in the place where we can say from day to day, Thy will, O Lord, and not mine, be done.
