MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION.

THE Seventh-day Adventist Publishing Association met according to appointment, May 23, 1861, and proceeded to the adoption of By-laws, and the election of Officers. The doings of this meeting, together with the State law, the act of incorporation, and the By-laws of the Association, will soon be embodied in pamphlet form for the benefit of those who may take shares in the society. The following officers were elected: President, James White. Vice-president, G. W. Amadon. Secretary, E. S. Walker. Treasurer, U. Smith. Auditor, J. N. Loughborough. Editor of REVIEW & HERALD, James White. Editor of YOUTH'S INSTRUCTOR, G. W. Amadon.
