THE Secretary in our absence dropped from the lists the names of one hundred and fifty to whom the Review had been sent by others, and whose subscription had run out. It was time to drop the names, but a definite notice should have first been given. We now give notice, that if those who have sent the Review to their friends, wish it continued they should notify us immediately.
