The Golden Rule

THE GOLDEN RULE.—It is said of an Indian that whenever he got into a bad place in the swamp, where the ground was too soft for safety, he put up a stake to mark the place. Thus he not only avoided the danger himself, but he kept others from falling into the same snare.
