DEATH-BED REPENTANCE.—Rev. Mr. Barnes, in a deeply solemn discourse on death-bed repentance, preached lately, gave it as the result of forty years' observation in the pastoral office, that "he had not met with a single instance of sick-bed repentance which, upon the recovery of the individual, turned out to be genuine."
