I WOULD say to the churches and ministers of Illinois and Wisconsin that I hope they will live up to sections 4 and 5 of article iii, of our Conference Constitution. Our first quarter ended Jan. 4th, and I have only heard from one minister. Let us be prompt in doing the Lord's business.
