DIED, of diptheria, in Monsonville, N. H., June 30, 1864, Freddy Wellman, aged four years, four months, and three days. Also, July 14th, Oscar Edson, aged one year, two months and nine days, only sons of Bro. A. and sister L. Green. Little Freddy seemed to bear under this dreadful disease, a remarkable degree of patience, and a few hours before he closed his eyes in death, he calmly, bid his father, mother, and sister, good-by. While they mourn for their dear children their hearts are comforted with the thought that they are taken from the evil to come. J. PHILBRICK.
DIED, Sept. 26th, 1864, at Palo, Mich., the youngest child of brother and sister Lane. Remarks by the writer from John xi, 35. P. STRONG.
