Still Encouraging. According to the Secretary's report, over five hundred names, including returned delinquents and new subscribers, added to our list the past two months. We are no less gratified at the return of delinquents, than at the accession of new subscribers. It is a good sign that so many who have had more or less acquaintance with the Review, should be unwilling to do without it. It gives evidence of two things: 1. That they love the truth; and 2. That the Review brings it to them in a manner to meet their acceptance.
