Note from Bro. Bates.

By Joseph Bates

BRO. WHITE: Since my last report, I have visited the church in Chesaning, Shi. Co., Mich. June 14 & 15, and held two meetings with them. A goodly number of the church from St Charles met with us and received a blessing from the Lord.
June 16-20 held six meetings with the church in Orange, Ionia Co. Brethren from Portland and Ionia came to the meeting and were much strengthened. Especially sweet and cheering was the season in attending to the ordinances of the Lord's house. As I stated in my last, so also in the above named places I am happy to learn that the interest is increasing with unbelievers to hear and learn more about our position.
