Let the Worthy Poor Have the Paper

Let the worthy poor have the paper! How? Ans. Churches and brethren can send in their names, with one dollar each for the paper, one year. But let the names come in, money or no money, of all who should have it. Then let the brethren donate for the Review to the poor sufficient to pay up for all who cannot pay themselves, and for those not paid for by personal friends. J. W.
