Prayers for Afflicted Brethren
By Lewis Martin
DEAR BRO. WHITE : I can truly say that I feel to sympathize with you in your afflictions, and I desire, and pray, that the good Lord will overrule this affliction for his glory and your good. I do hope and trust, that God will raise you, and his other dear servants, from your feeble condition, and strengthen you to once more declare the solemn truths of the third angel's message. Oh how solemn the time in which we live! The brethren and sisters in this region remember you in their prayers. May God bless you and yours abundantly, and may we meet at last in the everlasting kingdom, to part no more forever. In hope,
