Does the Loud Cry Begin in the Northeast?

While it is wonderful to see an active interest in how God's final message will unfold, there is no prophecy stating that the loud cry of the third angel's message will commence geographically in the Northeast. Instead, the loud cry of the third angel has already begun in the revelation of the righteousness of ChristMMM 351.3.

However, there is an important historical and prophetic connection to the Northeast that may be the source of this thought. During the great Advent awakening, the loud cry of the first angel's message was powerfully given in Portland and the city of BostonEv 84.1. Looking forward, God has revealed a special design to stir the Northeast, specifically providing the assurance that the loud cry is to be heard in Greater New York17LtMs, Lt 171, 1902, par. 6. As this message swells, it will not be limited to one region; rather, the church will diffuse the knowledge of salvation so abundantly that the light of present truth will flash everywhere, reaching every city and town until the whole earth is lighted with the glory of GodPM 388.3+1.
