DELAND.— Perry H. Deland was born June 20, 1838, and died Jan. 10, 1914, at his home in Waterford, Pa. Brother Deland embraced the present truth about twenty-five years ago, and his home was the stopping place for the servants of God. He was an old soldier, having served in the civil war, and was highly respected by all who knew him. He leaves a wife and two sons, also two brothers and three sisters, to mourn their loss. Words of consolation were spoken from Revelation 14. W. F. SCHWARTZ.
