TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.

THIS is to certify that one S. O. Winslow, who formerly belonged to the Seventh-day Adventist church at Hundred Mile Grove, Wisconsin, has proved himself unworthy of the confidence of his brethren there, and also at Elkborn Grove, by his imprudent course. He has been faithfully labored with by his former brethren, but it does not seem to benefit him, as he does not change his course. As he now reports himself as preaching in Benton Co., Iowa, in a new place where there are no Sabbath-keepers, we hereby say that we as a Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, do not wish to be held responsible for anything he may say or do.
