To the S. D. A. Churches within the limits of the Ill. and Wis. State Conference.
DEAR BRETHREN: It has been decided that in the judgment of the Executive Committee, your Quarterly Meetings should be kept up the same as last year, not expecting ministerial aid; and that Bro. H. C. Blanchard and myself, visit the churches and scattered brethren as much as practicable within the limits of the Conference, and labor with them the present year.
