Bridge Near the Sanitarium

It gives us much satisfaction to be able to state that the contract has been let for the erection of a bridge across the Sligo, near the plot of ground on which the Sanitarium and Foreign Mission Seminary are located. This bridge will be two hundred seventy feet long, built of reinforced concrete, and at such a height above the stream and with such approaches as will reduce the steep grades on the present road to very gentle ones, and render the access to our institutions much easier. The contract calls for the completion of the bridge next April, about one month before the time for the next General Conference. We are sure that all the visitors to the conference will greatly appreciate this improvement.
