Joseph Sutherland Resigns from Union College

BROTHER JOSEPH SUTHERLAND, who has faithfully served Union College as business manager for thirteen years, has been obliged to tender his resignation on account of failing health. The Board of Trustees of the college have adopted resolutions expressing their high appreciation of his wise and safe management of their interests, and of the esteem in which he is held by the students and faculty of the college and the citizens both of College View and of Lincoln. During his long term of service, Brother Sutherland has become well known to many of our brethren in the field, who will unite with us in expressing the hope that he may soon be restored to health and to his place in the work.
