How to Stop Your Paper.

If it was sent to you by your own request just pay up, and then if it be continued, refuse to take it from the post office, and it is then the duty of the post master to order it discontinued.
But if the paper is sent to you by another, without your request, act your pleasure about paying. But if you do not want it enough to pay for it, refuse to take it from the office. J. W.
