We open, this week, a new department in the REVIEW, under the special charge of Bro. White. The book and tract enterprise has, chiefly under his management, become a very important part of our work, and the friends of the cause everywhere feel the deepest interest in its success. This department will, therefore, be read with interest by all who have the cause at heart.
