A Misfortune.

Bro. Wm. Cottrell writes from Bowersville, O. May 4, 1870: On the 25th of April last, the house in which I resided, took fire from the stove, and burned to the ground. We saved only a small amount of our goods and clothing. It will take about $1000 to get us up as we were. But we are disposed to praise the Lord that it is no worse with us than it is. We want to get closer to the Lord and consecrate all to him. Then all will be safe. The Lord being our helper, we will try to serve him better than ever before.
