This doctrine, according to the Methodist Home Journal, is taking root and spreading among thinking men, both in and out of its ministry, with a growth that is both obvious and threatening. It is asserted that the question whether the Scriptures promise perpetual existence to any but the good, must soon have a thorough rehearing in that denomination—Sabbath Recorder.
