Otsego Academy (Incorporated)

THE first annual meeting of the Otsego Academy (incorporated) will be held in the Seventh-day Adventist church, Grand Rapids, Mich., at 11 A. M., Tuesday, March 22, 1910.
A board of seven trustees will be elected, and such other business transacted as may be found appropriate at the time. Article VI of the articles of association reads as follows:—
“The constituent body of this corporation, to be known as members, shall consist of the accredited delegates to the regular annual session of the West Michigan Conference of Seventh-day Adventists (unincorporated).”
