The Seed Sower

The first printed matter gotten out by the Pacific Press after the fire was an issue of “The Seed Sower,” the weekly summary of book sales by the canvassers in their field, together with notes, etc., pertaining to the canvassing work. This leaflet was printed by their own employees in an outside office. The canvassers are encouraged to continue their work by this statement: “No effort or legitimate expense will be spared in supplying every canvasser with every book for which he has an order at the earliest possible moment.”
