To Office Correspondents.

The old plea concerning underpaid postage for foreign letters is thus restated in a letter to the Mission Board:— “I inclose an envelope which will tell its own story [postage due, stamps affixed]. This is only one of its kind. Our publishing houses send printed circulars sealed with a two-cent stamp, and we pay twenty cents on them. Nearly every letter from our offices has been just this way. I wish you would put a notice, and that a good one, in our papers so that this kind of mail may not trouble our missionaries.”
