Directors' Meeting.

At the close of the stockholders' meeting there was a meeting of the Directors as previously appointed. Full board being present consisting of James White, J. N. Loughborough, Wesley Diggins, Knud Brorsen, and J. L. Tay.
Voted, that the Directors purchase the site as recommended by the stockholders.
Voted, that James White, J. N. Andrews, and Uriah Smith be the editors of the SIGNS OF THE TIMES, for the coming year and that they constitute our committee on publication.
Voted, that O. B. Jones employ help on the office building subject to the counsel of the Directors.
Voted, that James White and O. B. Jones constitute a committee to decide upon the plan and specification of the office building.
J. L. Tay resigned his position as Treasurer, and Mrs. L. M. Hall was chosen to fill the vacancy.
Adjourned to call of the President.
