A Testimony from Colorado

SISTER L. BENTAL writes from Colorado:
I reached home in safety from the Iowa Camp-meeting, with a thankful heart for the ever watchful care of our Heavenly Father. In answer to many prayers, God's Spirit is striving mightily with my family. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the brethren in Iowa for their hospitality and kindness to me. I am deeply thankful for all the admonitions and warnings I have received, and most especially for those from sister White. It is my determination to live up to all the light I have, and to bring all my faculties into conformity to the will of God.
It is now two years since I commenced keeping the Seventh-day Sabbath. Sister Stalkes and myself accepted the truth under the teaching of sister Amy E. Dartt. We have met with a good deal of opposition, but our trust has been in the God and Rock of our salvation, and thus far he has helped us to bear the cross and be firm in the truth. We often long for the companionship of those of like faith, and the privilege of attending an Adventist church; but we trust that ere long we shall enjoy the society of the redeemed.
