SOUTH-WESTERN IOWA.

After holding meetings over five weeks in Sidney, we closed last night. The attendance and interest were good all the time, and we were hindered very little by rain. Sixteen signed the covenant. We intend to follow up the interest there.
To-day (Aug. 8) we came to Plum Hollow. With the help of the inhabitants, a center pole was procured and the tent pitched, free of charge. To-morrow evening we intend to begin meetings.
