The Bible Reader

By Prof. E. A. Sutherland

Is a word builder, a primer, and first reader. It also teaches how to read and write the Roman script, and contains the first lessons in number work.

“The Bible Reader” is designed for use in the home and in the church school. The author has not only employed the most practical and natural methods of imparting instruction to the young, but draws his lessons from the flowers, trees, grass, animals, birds, fish, insects, and the open scenes of nature, and thus the young minds are directed to the God of nature, real literature, and Bible truth. “Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” This is what “The Bible Reader” does.
