Sonoma Co., Cal.

By John Norton Loughborough

At the quarterly meeting in district No. 1, at Santa Rosa, last Sabbath, we met a goodly number of our people of Sonoma Co., who seemed to receive with gladness the word spoken. Two were baptized who unite with the Petaluma church. One of those was a sea captain, who has lately embraced the truth and left the sea. The other was a sister who heard a course of lectures I gave at Hoppers district, near Petaluma, seven years ago. “Cast thy bread upon the waters; for thou shalt find it again after many days.” J. N.
