Battle Creek College.

As we are nearly ready to go to press, the overland mail brings a thrice welcome private letter from Prof. Brownsberger of the Battle Creek College, from which we take the following:—
“Our school opened gloriously. One hundred and sixty students presented themselves. At the time of writing, the second morning of our school, there are one hundred and eighty students.
“The Biblical Lecture class will be organized to-morrow morning. Judging from the applicants to the class, the number cannot fall below seventy-five and may reach one hundred.
“The spirit of the students, as well as the teachers, is harmonious, and best of all we believe the Spirit of the Lord is with us.”
