The next business in order was the election of a board of five directors for the ensuing year. On counting the ballots, the following persons were found to be elected without a dissenting vote: James White, J. N. Loughborough, M. J. Church, John Morrison and Geo. S. Manuel. Remarks were then made by Jas. White and W. C. White relative to the cause on this coast, and their connection with it, after which the meeting adjourned.
