WITH the present issue of the SIGNS, we commence the publication of a series of articles on the first advent of Christ, by Mrs. E. G. White. We are thankful for the privilege of being able to gladden the hearts of our readers by this valuable acquisition to our columns. Mrs. White's writings are always instructive and attractive, and particularly so when dwelling upon themes pertaining to the mission of the Saviour. While the original supporters and faithful friends of the SIGNS continue to favor us with their manuscripts, we have no fears that our paper will lose any of its characteristic value as a pioneer sheet.
