Particular Notice.—We have two departments connected with this paper,—the Circulation Department, at the head of which is Mr. G. C. Hoskin. See page 15. All subscriptions and business should be addressed to that department. We have the Editorial Department, to which all manuscript should be sent, and correspondence addressed pertaining to the contents of the paper. At the head of this department, after this month, is Editor A. O. Tait. The present editor closes connection with this journal, for a time, with the last issue in September. M. C. W.
