“The Life Boat.”

The eleventh annual “Prisoners’ Number” of the Life Boat has come to hand. This little magazine has blessed many a hopeless heart, and shed rays of light in darkened cells and minds. This issue is one half larger than usual, and the price is ten cents. It has in it a message from the sweet singer, Fanny Crosby, who in her blindness sees many rays of light from the throne, an article from Maud Ballington Booth, on the “Prisoner as a Man;” and other helpful articles for men who are down, cheer for the “shut-ins,” and appeals for homeless little ones. The magazine may be obtained in quantities at reduced rates. Write The Life Boat, Hinsdale, Ill.
