Sweden Plans Powerful Wireless Station

FOR some time past there has been a movement in Sweden for the erection of a wireless station powerful enough to communicate with the world at large and with America particularly. Lately this project has taken on a very different shape. All the details have been worked out, and the matter referred to the Swedish Government, which will, it is understood, present a request to the Parliament for the appropriation of £500,000 to be expended in the erection and equipment of this wireless station.
