Among all classes is the subject of Spiritualism. Psychic phenomena the scientists call it, and many are investigating under most rigid tests. Many thousands of dollars are expended every year in its study. Our higher institutions of learning are delving deeper into its phenomena under the study of psychology. Millions who have lost friends are inquiring earnestly if they are able to communicate from beyond the veil. Many are in doubt; some are waiting for more scientific evidence; others, for signs and wonders, both of which have been and will be forthcoming to prove at least intelligences beyond the human. A series of articles upon this subject has been prepared by Prof. G. W. Rine, of San Francisco, for this journal. - “Spiritualism in France,” from our own correspondent, will appear in the same issue as No. 9.
These articles will begin with the first number in the second quarter of the year, April 7, and continue until they close. A subject of wonderful importance, the papers containing the series ought to have a hundred thousand circulation. April 7 is a good time to begin your subscription.
