Sunday and Sunday-school Lessons.—

We have received a very caustic criticism from a subscriber in far-away India, severely censuring us for omitting the Sabbath-school lesson, while continuing to print the Sunday-school lesson. He takes this as a special honor to Sunday, and derogatory of the Sabbath. When we say that but few use the SIGNS for Sabbath-school lessons, and that space is too valuable to print the lessons for these few, he characterizes our statement by an adjective term, of which “falsehood” is a mild synonym. There are a few others who feel similarly. Let us reason with them.
