Justice Delayed in Injury Case

The injustice which often accompanies the law’s delays is notably illustrated in a New York case for the recovery of damages for physical injuries received by a brakeman. He had received injuries while passing under a bridge on the roof of a box car. The accident occurred 21 years ago last July. The case has been tried seven times, and altho the judgment has been affirmed, another trial of the case is expected.
