NOTICE is hereby given that the twenty-third annual meeting of the stockholders of Healdsburg College will be held on Monday, June 20, 1904, at 10 o'clock A. M., in the South College building, Healdsburg, Cal., for the purpose of electing a board of seven directors, and of transacting any other business that shall lawfully come before the stockholders.
