Discontent and Its Cure.

A Socialist paper says that “the nation is a seething ferment of industrial discontent;” and it is, and that paper is doing all it can to increase it. If it had an effective cure, its doctrines of discontent could be endured; but it has only a political panacea for the cure of all ills. It is thus leading thousands to greater disappointment. There is but one cure for the ills of life, and that is the good old Gospel of Jesus Christ, individually applied by faith. Thus it can reach every man, benefit every man, bless every man, and save a nation which shall be blessed forever above the most utopian dreams of political reformers.
