THE SUFFICIENT SUPPLY.

“My grace is sufficient for thee!” What precious, comfort-laden words of life they are! Amidst life's busy cares and anxieties, amidst its strife and turmoil, its trials and temptations, its storms and tempests, its discouragements and doubts, yes, even down in the dark Valley of Shadow where the sorrows of death sob and sigh their sad requiem, the words of our loving Saviour, who has borne all our griefs and carried our sorrows, come as a song of comfort, as words of life and power. He who was in all points tempted like as we are and triumphed through the grace of our Father, seeks to speak to us, as He did to Paul, “My grace is sufficient for thee.” O receive, dear heart, these words of comfort and cheer, of hope and encouragement, and His strength shall be made perfect in thy weakness. He is our all-sufficient supply. KATE A. WILCOX.
